The Debarking Machine Type S is engineered for efficient and versatile wood processing, capable of transforming any type of wood, including damaged and weak wood, into economically valuable products. This compact machine integrates three primary functions: debarking, sharpening, and chamfering. It is suitable for wood diameters ranging from 3 to 25 centimeters, whether the wood is slightly curved, wet, or dry. This model features HSS blades on the peeling disc and includes a sharpening device. Its durable construction includes hot-dip galvanized, high-quality lacquered, or powder-coated frame parts, ensuring longevity and resilience. The machine supports three drive types for flexibility and a secure three-point suspension system for safe transport via tractor. Additional convenience features include two wheels and levers for easy mobility, an adjustable ejector, and fold-out support brackets that minimize physical strain during operation. All components, from ball bearings to cutting blades, meet the highest quality standards and the machine itself is TÜV-tested for safety.

The enhanced comfort version K+ merges the benefits of the standard model with the added capability of a circular table saw, maximizing its application range. Its ergonomic design includes fold-out support brackets and posts, reducing physical strain during operation. The robust longitudinal ruler and aluminium stop ensure precise sawing and cutting, while the prism-shaped centering device guarantees even cuts for slightly curved wood. Equipped with a high-alloy steel blade peeling disc and a carbide-tipped saw blade, the machine meets EU safety standards and is TÜV-tested. The K+ Debarking Machine allows for the effective utilization of otherwise low-value wood by transforming it into high-value materials.

These straightforward support stands can be used both on the left and right sides to assist with wood inlet and outlet.
