DistagQCS - Commercial High-Speed Drum Brake Axle

DistagQCS offers a range of high-performance commercial design high-speed drum brake axles tailored for demanding applications like silage trailers, grain trailers, dump trailers, and livestock trailers. These axles are crafted with forged spindles made from high purity steel, providing superior heat treatment for enhanced toughness and rigidity. The integration of Commercial S-Cam brakes ensures exceptional braking efficiency, fulfilling high-speed and variable load demands. The axles feature 10.9 grade wheel studs and wide taper roller bearings for extended operational life. An innovative patented axle design incorporates a precise lean-out angle to minimize tire wear, while surpassing industry standards for load handling and reliability. Advanced cold forging techniques produce seamless square beams, boosting axle capacity by up to 1 tonne. The braking systems are rigorously tested to meet EU and NF standards, with options including manual and automatic slack adjusters and various actuator mounting brackets.

The RCO 076 Torque Arm Suspension, a reputable solution for heavy-duty, high-speed commercial trailers, has been an industry standard for over 30 years. The system is designed to accommodate both over-slung and under-slung configurations, making it versatile for a variety of trailer types, such as grain, silage, dump, dolly bogies, bale, and livestock trailers. It features torque arms equipped with high-density poly bushes, which offer enhanced performance on rough terrains by providing stability and precise axle alignment control. Furthermore, it supports extended axle center lengths of up to 1850mm, catering to diverse capacity and stability needs.
