A DL-Aircover is an air inflated cover with, in consultation, a (telescopic) center column. After a long period of testing and the necessary quality checks at various test locations where DL PLASTICS B.V. a DL-Aircover was placed on a manure storage silos, our quality controllers gave their approval and deemed the DL-Aircover suitable to serve as the top cover of silos for the storage of irrigation water, drinking water or other liquids. We are proud that we can take the DL-Aircover into production and that we can also offer it to you. A DL-Aircover is the most durable solution for covering your silo without a fixed center post. Specially used for steel silos (but also suitable for concrete, wooden silos).

DL PLASTICS B.V. supplies and installs closed liners for manure storage tanks in various diameters and heights. A floating deck is integrated in this liner. The liner protects the tank against damage by the manure and the integrated floating deck also prevents odour nuisance and emissions. The closed manure liner is made of reinforced PVC manure quality that hangs over the edge of the tank. The liner is attached to the tank by means of ratchets or cord. The integrated floating deck can be blown up by means of a fan for filling and mixing of the silo. In consultation, our closed liners are supplied complete with wall protection and cord.

Manure basins are constructed with an under foil sheet and an outer cover. The under sheet serves to prevent the manure from draining into the environment, while the outer layer is intended to prevent odour nuisance and to keep rainwater separate from the manure. The rainwater must be pumped off.
