Seperator

Doda - Screw Separator

Doda’s Stainless Steel Screw Separator—with its compact design, easy installation, and simple to maintain features—is an excellent machine for separating solids from liquids and sludges. It uses an auger rotating at 30 RPM inside two heavy-duty wedge wire screens. The heavy-duty screens come in a variety of sizes. ‍When separating dairy manure with the Doda Screw Separator, a consistent dry matter content of 35% or above can be achieved, which turns raw dairy manure into cheap natural, organic green bedding. After separation, the liquid segment also contains fewer solids with reduced overall volume, which reduces sedimentation in the lagoons. The liquid part is also easier to transport and is more easily absorbed by the soil when applied as fertilizer.

Pumps

Doda - Super ME Pumps

Doda ME Pumps are used to agitate, transfer or to fill hauling units. Parts are stocked in our USA facility to build pumps in various lengths from four feet to 20 feet with additional lengths upon request. ME Pumps can be run with motors from five horsepower to 50+ HP and three phase or single phase. C-face electric motors eliminates belt and pulley problems and hot dipped galvanize is standard. Stainless steel components are available upon request.

Mixers & Aerators

Doda - Storage Tank, Slurry Pit, and Lagoon Mixers

Doda manufactures a variety of propeller mixers suited for the most challenging applications. The unique self-cleaning propeller is designed for applications where the treated mass must be kept in a homogeneous state without dispersing the characteristic gasses used for biogas.

Doda - Complete Slurry Homogenization System

The Daermix provides complete slurry homogenization inside the lagoon, devitalizes pathogenic germs and weed seeds through fermentation and lowers nitrogen loss, leading to higher slurry fertilizing power—up to 50 percent higher production with respect to treated manure. Impellers specially designed for both air suction and slurry mixing causing higher water evaporation and consequent reduction of stored mass.
