The DOWNS SUPERCHARGER potato receiving hopper has been designed to receive the crop and to constantly feed the grader. This solution makes it possible to increase the work output by 25 %: the piling up of product is avoided on the grader, the chain output is better and the rotation of the tipping trailers is improved. The potato receiving hopper SUPERCHARGER also enables the reduction of the damage caused to the potatoes by limiting the height of fall between the trailer and the grader for a gentler handling. In order to perfectly meet your specific requirements and conditions, the potato receiving hopper SUPERCHARGER is available in three different lengths.

The DOWNS DS ROLAGRADE potato roller grader makes it possible to size different kinds of product: potatoes, onions, carrots, tubers as well as most of the fruits and vegetables. The drop rollers avoids to pinch and damage the product. The DS ROLAGRADE potato roller grader can reach a work output of 30 tons/hour and can ba adapted to 5 different sizes. The user can adapt it to sizes from 30 mm to 90 mm in less than two minutes for an easy and efficient use. The DS ROLAGRADE potato roller grader can be personalized and easily inserted into an existing line.

Inventor of the square-screened potato sizer, DOWNS has always been willing to have this creation evolve towards a more precise and more respectful sizing of the product as well as a higher work output in order to offer a solution adjusted to the current needs.

The DOWNS DC double potato conveyor has been designed to make the inspection and the conveying of the product easier, while respecting it thanks to two telescopic conveyors. Based on a robust frame with adjustable height, the V-shaped conveyors allow to transport until 100 tons of product at low speed to reduce the risks of damage.

The DOWNS potato elevator make it possible to handle and store d ifferent products. Designed for an intensive use, the DE potato elevator allows to store at a significant height for the best profitability. Efficient and user-friendly, it offers an easy access to the key components of the machine for an easier maintenance and low costs of use. Available in length from 6 m to 16 m and in 600, 800 and 1000 mm wide, the DOWNS potato elevator can adapt to every storage conditions.

The DOWNS potato mobile elevator make it possible to store different products: potatoes, onions, grains at very high speed. Designed for an intensive use, the DE potato mobile elevator is equipped with the latest and the most advanced technologies and components in order to offer a premium product.

The DF Mixte is an automatic potato big bag and box filler for potatoes and onions able to fill any kind of big bag and box.  Designed to respect the product, the DF Mixte is equipped with two wide vertical transfer conveyors limiting the height of drop in the big bag or box. This way, the boxes and big bags are uniformly filled and the product is completely respected.

The DF potato big bag filler is an automatic potato big bags filler for potatoes and onions able to fill any kind of big bag. Designed to respect the product, this big bag filler is equipped with two horizontal platforms whose height is adjustable to limit the height of drop. This way, the big bag are uniformly filled and the product is not damaged. The DOWNS potato big bag filler can reach a work output of 30 big bags /hour. Coupled with a pneumatic system to unhook the big bags, this filler guarantees to the user time saving and more efficiency. The working of this filler is easy and intuitive thanks to the MAGELIS touchscreen for a comfortable and quick use.
