Drip Research Technology Services (DRTS) products

DRTS sells turnkey production lines for producing drip irrigation tubing with integrated emitters. We offer machinery that is high speed and high quality yet very simple to operate. We have chosen intelligent and robust mechanical solutions rather than high technology and high maintenance options. This has a two fold benefit: A simple and small workforce (1-2 persons) can operate an entire production line, and production down time is minimized (you never have to wait for a laser technician in order to get your machinery back online).

DRTS Provides the manufacturing technology to produce and assemble drip irrigation emitters. We sell injection molds for producing inline drippers round and flat. We also offer turnkey dripper production lines including: Injection machine, multi-cavity mold, assembly machine (for pc drippers), and flowtester for checking flowrates of drippers inside or outside of the pipe (before pipe integration).

Agtera is a low flow emitter specially developed for well water agriculture applications where there is a high degree of suspended solids. It employs an extra-large flowpath cross-section, a very long Omniflow labyrinth, and an elevated filter, which combine to create an agricultural dripper with unparalleled clogging resistance.

Thick Wall Pipe; Insertion / drilling rate up to 500 drippers/min. Line speed up to 120 m/min. Minimum spacing 150 mm. Includes High Speed Servo Perforator. Includes High Speed Servo Puller.

Thin / Thick Wall; For use with the Cyclone PC/ND dripper or Centra dripper. Insertion / drilling rate up to 1000 drippers/min. Line speed up to 200-250 m/min. Minimum spacing 100 mm.

Thin / Thick Wall; For use with the Cyclone PC/ND dripper or Centra dripper. Insertion / drilling rate up to 600 drippers/min. Line speed up to 150 m/min. Minimum spacing 100 mm.

For use with the Nano dripper. Insertion / drilling rate up to 2000 drippers/min. Line speed up to 250 m/min. Minimum spacing 100 mm.

The plc controlled flat perforator operates a pneumatic drill. Drilling capacity of the unit, for the Centra dripper is up to 1000 holes per minute at a line speed of up to 250 m/min. Capacity for the Cyclone Flat PC dripper is up to 750 holes per minute at a line speed of up to 150 m/min and for the Nano dripper is up to 2000 holes per minute at a line speed of up to 250 m/min. Our flat production lines are offered with dual option for the inserting and drilling system of drippers: The Easy and Top Flat lines may (at a slightly higher price) process both Cyclone PC and Centra drippers.

Pressure Compensating; The Storm-PC emitter is a pressure compensating emitter developed for agricultural applications. The self regulation ensures the same flow rate over a range of pressures making it the ideal choice for sloped conditions or when extra long laterals are used. It has a self cleaning silicone diaphragm which ensures the compensation is not interrupted by suspended solids in the water.

The Monsoon is a compact emitter specially developed for agricultural applications. It employs a wide flowpath cross-section and up to three separate filter entrances which combine to create an effective, efficient dripper with excellent clogging resistance.
