DV s.r.l. dosing feeders series are distinguished by their exceptional sturdiness and the particular care in finishing – essential items in the pressing areas of all wineries. The special profile tank allows easy flow of grapes even at maximum workloads. Built with full stainless steel drives, with single or double screw centrally supported by wear-resistant plastic pads. Customized to meet the needs of each wine cellar, they can be adapted to any type of crusher-destemmer or volumetric pump.

DV s.r.l. is a company founded in June 1982. We started our activities in the field of wastewater treatment for companies operating in the food sector, then we specialized in the purification systems for wine cellars. After more than 35 years of activity and having realized 250 systems for wine cellars, DV s.r.l. is the leading company in Italy in this sector. Designed according to the needs of each wine cellar, they are structured in such a way as to be easy to use and manage, and to help save energy when grapes harvest is completed.

The water to be purified produced as a result of washing activities is conveyed to the underground pre-treatment section for the purpose of obtaining an initial removal of any solid and/or oily substances,  then the wastewater reaches an accumulation tank, inside which is located the submersible electric pump that feeds the filtration (passage through a media of fine quartzite). After crossing the quartzite media, the clarified effluent passes to the second stage of activated carbon filtration.

Since 1982, DV s.r.l. is designing and producing sampling systems for the agro-food industry. STORK samplers are used in various sectors such as the grain storage and drying industries, feed mills, flour mills, rice producers and wine cellars. Samplers are key tools for timely and effective testing of incoming products in your plant, taking a homogeneous sample, and to carry out control operations without altering products characteristics.

When loads of grapes are brought to the winery, it is very important to be able to correctly evaluate the quality of the grapes in order to both give the correct price to the farmer and to  direct the truck to the appropriate production line. DV sampler is the ideal tool because it is able to go deep into all parts of the truck. Selected grapes are then filtered through the rotating basket that separates the sample useful for the analysis from stalks and seeds which are discharged at the same time in the same truck from which the sample is picked up.
