The 500 Watt electrofishing backpack from E-Fish is a compact, portable and rugged unit that has every detail engineered with the user in mind. Featuring a large and easy to use graphical display, anyone can view at a glance the current fishing parameters and battery status. The simple keypad interface allows the user to navigate through a series of graphical menus that provide functions to quickly adjust fishing parameters, store and recall settings from one of the 8 memories or configure the fishing timer. E-Fish recognise that operator fatigue is on of the biggest problems when electrofishing with a back-pack system, so the harness has been designed with padded shoulder straps and back plate with easily adjustable quick release harness.

A clamp mechanism at the anode pole tip allows the angle of the anode ring to be adjusted to best suit the operators height and stance and reduce fatigue. The high visibility cable is Kevlar reinforced for strength, and has a safety insulation rating on 3kV for maximum operator protection.

Designed for use with our electrofishing backpack, these anode poles are lightweight and feature an ergonomic handle design. These ‘Quick-Change’ battery packs provide a quick and simple way to power your E-Fish electrofishing backpack. Simply install the battery by placing it over the locating lugs, and slide down to secure, without the need to open any housings or re-route cabling. Alternately, you may purchase several additional battery modules to extend your field fishing time. Several sizes (and weights) are available to suit every operator and budget. Typically, the 7.5Ah battery will provide approximately 1 hour of continuous fishing with a 150W load and the 3.3Ah battery will provide approximately 30 minutes of continuous fishing with a 150W load.

The 24V charger is designed to provide a quick and convenient way to charge our electrofishing battery modules. Using a 3-stage charging scheme, the housing has 3 coloured LED indicators to show you the current charging mode
