A brand-new concept: integral fermentation activator based only on inactivated yeast. Thanks to the perfect amounts of ammoniacal nitrogen, microelements, sterols and cofactors that it is able to provide, it promotes a favourable fermentation state while regulating the redox system that act to preserve the primary varietal aromas. Excellent for low sulphite vinification and second fermentation. Ideal for obtaining wines where full varietal expression and sense of terroir is of primary importance. By protecting against sensory interferences promotes wines that respect the original winemaking intentions
V Starter Tf
Fermentation nutrient and bioregulator specifically dedicated to enhancing the grape variety, with a distinct floral and fresh fruit note. V Starter TF is regarded as a “FOURTH GENERATION” fermentation activator, given that it has been formulated according to the latest nitrogen nutrition experiments aimed at keeping the production of unwanted metabolites under control (such as acetaldehyde and volatile acidity) and at optimising yeast metabolism in order to obtain clean fermentation and full varietal aromatic expression, with distinct floral and very fresh fruity notes. Intended for use at inoculation. Its special high RAN composition is designed to be free from ammoniacal nitrogen sources and capable of ensuring clean and regular fermentation, together with the enhancement of the varietal aromatic profile. Ideal for sparkling wines.
