TDPA for Mulch Films

TDPA™ masterbatch for agricultural mulch films are commercially known as AGP. Mulch films with AGP balance the need of boosting agricultural productivity and the need of preserving the environment. AGP are widely used in many countries, including Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and China. AGP are customized for different crops and growing climates so that mulch films have specific useful life and can degrade sufficiently after harvest. UV Masterbatch

Plastics for outdoor applications usually require extra protection from the damaging effect of sunlight (photo-oxidation), which can cause plastic materials to degrade faster than expected. SCP-UV masterbatches are designed to prevent premature degradation of plastics caused by the damaging effects of photo-oxidation. The SCP-UV masterbatch can be used by itself with conventional plastics or in combination with TDPA™. When SCP-UV masterbatch is used with TDPA™, the plastic product will have a controlled life which can be customized depending on its specific outdoor product applications, such as in AGP mulch films.
