The product range that suits every tractor. ERMO products meet any need, with regard to both light tasks carried out with low-power tractors (45hp), and to in-depth works or trenching activities carried out with tractors (up to 500hp) in order to implant new vineyards and orchards.

Reliability, on any field. Available in the mechanical or hydraulic version, the ERMO mounted ploughs are strong and efficient. They are built to weigh less and reduce consumption, and always live up to expectations as they are built with extremely resistant steel which allows for an exceptional firmness-weight ratio. The use of the strengthened bushings in the joining points facilitates the setting and guarantees a longer service life of the components. Our production processes are integrated with a numerical control system and the use of robots, thus ensuring exceptional building precision to all ERMO ploughs and full reliability in the substitution of wearing parts.

Easier work and greater cost-effectiveness. ERMO semi-mounted ploughs were created to meet the needs of today`s big enterprises - they simplify work and are more affordable. Available in the on-land or in-furrow versions with 4-9 working bodies with hydraulic or mechanical adjustment of the working width, the semi-mounted ploughs can carry out the longest and most difficult activities, exploiting the power of the tractor at its best.

ERMO mounted stubble combined cultivators can adapt to the features of the field. It is possible to set the working depth from 5 to 30 cm with ease and without using any tool. Mounted stubble combined cultivators are available with 2 or 3 row of tines, with bolt security safe system or NO-STOP system with automatic reset spring, in order to meet all needs. The NO-STOP version is available in two versions: one for rocky fields, with a single spring, and one for particularly challenging fields, with double springs.

To prepare the seedbed, GHIBLI by ERMO is the best option - affordable, fast, and strong. The machinery with a 2.5 m working width is fixed, the machinery with a 4 m working width is both fixed and collapsible. GHIBLI is available in the mounted and driven version, and it is possible to set two different disk diameters (510 or 560) according to the tractor power or the type of work to be carried out. The range of available rear rollers is very wide. It is possible to equip GHIBLI with a double- shell roller, angular-rings roller, packer roller, cage roller; all of them are available in different diameters. Moreover, ERMO offers the optional version, featuring cylinders for the hydraulic adjustment of the roller and depth.

HURRICANE is ERMO`s strongest and high-power seedbed preparation machinery of the DMX family. It is available in the mounted version with a 3 or 4 working width, and in the driven version with a 5 or 6 working width. HURRICANE is equipped with 560/610 diameter disks and is built with high- resistant steels. Wide distance between the rollers ensures a correct mixing without any blockage and working goes more smoothly and faster.

The ARROW soil loosener machine is extremely versatile - it can be used both as a single device, attached to the tractors lift arm, to break the deep layer of the soil and facilitate water drainage, and also combined to other DMX series machineries.

ERMO subsoilers are particularly suitable for heavy duty and at-depth working. The frame, built using high-resistance steels, is equipped with Hardox 400 tines, with a specific design which allows for a progressive penetration with low power absorption. The addition of special coulters on the tines allows for increased soil turning over and aeration. Upon request, the subsoiler can feature a double spiked roller, with hydraulically adjustable working depth and tilting side bands to contain soil clumps.

ERMO mole ploughs make air circulate in the pore space of soil and facilitate the outflow of water beneath the superficial layers, particularly in clay soil. This leads to the creation of more favourable conditions for plant growth and to protect roots from the risk of the development of dangerous humidity stagnation.
