Eurobagging has developed a method for storing, among others, wet industrial byproducts. The feedstuff is directly from the truck stored in silobags.

The machine originates in the concept of GB6-35S a 25S. The crimping unit and the standard hopper are dismounted from the machine. Instead of a standard hopper there is a hopper for wet materials.

You can power the CD 1000 grain crusher with a weaker tractor from 180 HP. The machine can also be fitted with an auger conveyor instead of a feed tunnel. This technology is used for direct harvesting, where the machine is standing on the field and the harvesters or loaders tip the grain straight into the hopper, where the grained grain is transported from the field to silage baggers or silage pits.

Very unique grain bagger D-9 has bagging capacity 180-250 tons per hour in dry grain and is most powerfull grain bagger suitable for 100-160 HP tractors. We have designed this machine together with our friends from company FARMMAC AB from Sweden.

Grain extractor EM-9 is very powerful machine for dry and wet grain or corn. EM-9 is a high powerfull model with a extracting capacity up to 160 tons per hour designed to work in small and big farms. This extractor is very simple, but very effective. It is possible to buy an adapter for wet grain picking. The machine is equipped with a screw auger and automatic silo bag retraktor.

Our smallest silage bagger EB 308 LS is designed for farmers who don´t want to be dependent on contractors. With investment to EB 308 LS you may solve grass harvest, maize storage and another wet-product storage like sugarbeet pulps, brewery grain and additionally CCM. EB 308 LS is designed as well for composting of greenwaste in the bags.

Machine serves for smaller composting plants, e.g. municipalities dealing with compost. There are 2 ways of machine`s design, pulled either behind the tractor or behind the pick-up car. There is a its own engine at both cases so it means no need of additional powering machine/device. The machine can be easily operated by one personal. It is possible to supply remote control of machine`s working cycle when the machine can be operated by operator of front/telescopic loader loading the machine by composting material. There is a hydraulic braking system for material`s compactness inside the bag. There is 1 perforated aeration pipe inside the bag to aerate the material to be composted.

Machine serves for bigger composting plants. Due to machine`s dimensions it is dedicated to run the machine at 1 desired place; however it is possible to pull the machine behind the tractor. There is a machine`s own diesel engine so it means no need of additional powering device. There is a remote control as a standard for operating the machine straight from the loading loader`s cabin.
