Tillage - Subsoilers - DIGGER
Farmet Krtek - Deep Cultivator
Subsoiler Krtek is designed for deep loosening of soil without mixing it with subsoil layer up to the depth of 60 cm. Deep loosening zone without mixing. Loosening depth 50–60 cm. Loosening chisels are in one row. The hooked tines cut through the soil and do not form clods. Re-compaction zone. Optimum soil re-compaction ensures good water infiltration and soil water capillarity to the surface.
Farmet - Subsoiler Digger
Deep loosening zone and mixing of crop residues. Loosening depth 25–50 cm. The special shape of loosening tines provides excellent penetration into the heavily compacted soils with very low pulling requirement. The tines are in two rows. In extreme conditions, only one row of tines can be used to reduce pulling requirement. Furrow-levelling zone. Levelling discs also increase the effect of incorporating crop residues. Clod crumbling soil compaction zone. Optimum soil re-compaction ensures good infiltration and soil water capillarity to the surface.
Fertiliser Application
Farmet - Strip-till Cultivator
Zone of cutting and uniformly dispersing crop residue. The crop residue is effectively rolled up into inter-rows. Cutting zone. A disc with a perpendicular angle setting cuts through the layer of the soil profile. Tillage and fertilizer placement zone. Tillage to the depth of 20–35 cm using chisels with special geometry ensures the formation of wide tilled strips. Granular fertilizers are placed in these tilled strips into two depths. Strip forming zone. Large side discs ensure efficient forming of loose strips while increasing the quality of crumbling clods. Final clod crumbling and soil reconsolidation zone. Optimum soil reconsolidation ensures good water infiltration and soil moisture rise.
Farmet - Subsoiler with fertiliser application Digger Fert+ / Digger Fert+ Compact
Zone of deep loosening and mixing of plant residues. Loosening depth 25–50 cm. The special shape of loosening chisels ensures excellent penetration even in heavily compacted soils with very low traction resistance. The chisels are in two rows. In extreme conditions, it is possible to work with only one row of chisels, thus reducing traction resistance. Fertilizer storage zone. Granulated fertilizers are deposited into loosened strips in two horizons. Ridge formation zone. Levelling discs also increase the effect of incorporating plant residues. Clod crumbling and soil reconsolidation zone. Optimum soil reconsolidation ensures good infiltration and soil moisture rise.
Sowing - Seed Drills with Preprocessing of Soil
Farmet - Modular Seed Drill
Falcon PRO: Pre-processing disc section for full surface soil processing.
Farmet - Compact Seed Drill Falcon Compact
Falcon Compact: Wide tyres for spacing of 125 / 167 mm. Basic soil levelling zone. Precisely leveled soil surface allows uniform subsequent consolidation and loosening the seedbed.
Complex Oilseed Processing - Pressing with Extrusion
Farmet - One-level Pressing with Extrusion
One-level pressing with extrusion is a technology specially developed for processing soybeans. A combination of extrusion and subsequent expression will enable you to obtain press cakes of highest quality. Pressing the oil immediately after extrusion is highly effective and leads to minimal leftover fat.
Feed Extrusion and Production of Feed Mixtures - Feed Extrusion
Farmet - Dry Soybean Extrusion Technology
The DSO technology (Dry extrusion of SOya bean) is a solution convenient especially for the production of full-fat extruded soybean, a feed component. The purpose of the technology is to lower the amount of substances that worsen soybean’s digestibility (so called anti-nutritional substances).
Tillage - Rollers
Farmet - Crumbling Rollers
Clods crumbling and soil re-compaction zone. The roller gently crumbs the clods and ensures the final compaction of the seedbed sothe soil capillarity is fully restored. The intensive soil water capillarity to the surface ensures even emergence of plants even in the dry season.
