In the period of milk nutrition, calves should be housed first in individual hutches or pens and then in groups. For calf breeders we offer individual way of housing (calf hutches, individual boxes) and group way of housing, with the possibility of combination of both of these types.  All these systems of calf housing are designed for mechanized manure removal.

We offer a wide range of free stalls for dairy cows, heifers and calves which can be used with any type of bedding material. All types of free stalls meet the different needs and situations of dairy farmers.

For high productive animals it is necessary to supply sufficient quantity of water. On average, cows drink 80 litres of water every 24 hours, and when it is warm high-yielding cows can drink 120 - 150 litres of water. Water is necessary for the breakdown of feed and for thermoregulation of the cows.

The cows pushers a device that puts dairy cows at the holding area and gently push them to the milking parlor. It separates groups of cows in the holding pen and ensures the continuity of the milking process. After the gate arrives to the milking parlour and the last cow enters the milking parlour, the gate operator, lifts the gate and move it over the heads of the other waiting group of cows to the beginning of the collecting yard, where he again draws it back to the ground.

The Unipuls milk meter is certified by ICAR for amilk speed of 15 litres per minute. In the milkmeter there is no electronic device. The milk measurement is based on a very simple and accurate measurement principle, where milk is collected in a double tipping scale. Each half of this tipping scale may contain 100 grams of milk. When one half is filled, gravity will tip the scale and the milk is flowing quietly in the milk line and the other half is filled.
