The stabling equipment for a 50-head mini-farm, manufactured and installed within one month, includes various components such as TUF-20 tethering systems, stanchions, gates, fences, diagonal clods, stall dividers, and calving stalls. The equipment is crafted from high-quality materials with specific profiles and thicknesses, including 50x50x3 square tubes, 60x60x3 square tubes, and multiple sizes of round tubes. Anti-corrosion protection is ensured through hot-dip galvanizing. The system features specially designed elements that allow for assembly without welding, such as stabling benches, feeding table fencing, headlocks, wicket gates, and stabling collets. The chain linkage system optimizes space by keeping cows tied in cubicles equipped with drinkers, feeding areas, milk pipes, and rubber cow mats. Prefabricated constructions allow for adjustments in stall width and positioning of structural elements. Tailor-made stabling solutions and custom-built facilities are also available, with delivery and assembly offered by the company.

The TUF-20 Cow Tie Stall Equipment is designed for use in tethered barns where cows are housed in individual cubicles. These tie stalls can be arranged in either a single row for fewer than 16 animals or in two rows with heads facing either each other (head-to-head) or away (tail-to-tail). The system ensures correct feeding and watering, reduces the influence of aggressive animals, and allows for better health monitoring. Each stall must be a minimum of 1.20 meters wide and 1.85 to 1.90 meters long, constructed from steel St3 with hot-dip galvanized corrosion protection according to GOST 9.307-89 standards. The equipment includes components like steel stanchions, swivel tie beams connected by bolts, and a manual release mechanism for group release. Props are cemented into the floor to a depth of 300 mm.
