FEERUM flat-bottomed silos are made of galvanized corrugated sheets with Z450 coating (on customer`s request, the silo can be made of Z600 coated sheet with Galfan or Magnelis coating) with a diameter of 3.8 to 33.4 m. They can be built individually or in silo batteries, creating a drying- storage base.

The FEERUM forwarding silos are intended for temporary storage of bulk material and quick discharge onto the mean of transport. We offer forwarding silos for road transport (diameter 3.8 m and 5.7 m, capacity from 29 to 115 m³ grains in one tank) and for rail transport (diameter 5. 7 m, funnel angle 40°, 50°). The silo is placed on a special supporting structure, through which the mean of transport higher than 4.5 m can’t drive. It is possible to connect forwarding silos in series on the combined structure. Forwarding silos do not have side hatches. Safe and free service is guaranteed by ladders and platforms.

Square silos, due to the funnel-shaped discharge, are used only as forwarding silos. The great advantage of tanks of this type is the ability to set them in modules, without losing space. Safe and free service is guaranteed by ladders and platforms. We produce square silos with dimensions in axes 3.94 to 3.94 m, hopper angle 50° and volumes from 55 to 77 m³ (in one tank).

The hopper bottom silos with internal basket are distinguished by a more aesthetic appearance, a larger capacity of silos with an angle of 50° - compared to silos with an open funnel, as well as lower construction costs. We build these silos without using a crane. In this type of conical bottom silos, it is possible to build a blow-in fan what allows us to reduce noise. The standard angle of the hopper in conical bottom silos with internal basket is 40Ëš and 50Ëš. The diameter of the conical bottom silos with internal basket extends from 3.8 to 9.6 m, and their volume from 32 to 1200 m³.

The hopper- bottomed silos with an open funnel are made on load-bearing legs or reinforced concrete pillars. The standard offer includes silos with a hopper angle of 40Ëš, 50Ëš and 60Ëš. The capacity of hopper silos with an open funnel, depending on the selected tank diameter (from 3.8 to 9.6m), is from 32 to 1153 m³, what means maximum capacity of 900 tons of wheat.

We distinguish three standard types of SG dryers: SGG - fired with natural or liquid gas. SGO - fired with light fuel oil without a heat exchanger (the material dried in it can’t be used in the food industry). SGOw - fired with light fuel oil with a heat exchanger.

Heat recovery from the drying process. It is a particularly effective process for drying corn and during low temperatures outside. The result is preheating the air before the burner.

The PG dryer is a perfect offer for small farms. In connection with a filling and unloading device, we obtain a ready solution at no additional cost. The construction of the discharge allows direct filling of the bucket conveyor without the need for expensive foundation works. Everything is located on a foundation slab with overall dimensions of 4.4 m², but the ground conditions should always be taken into account.

The cleaner consists of a mechanical aspiration separator. The aspiration separator consists of a fan, a cyclone and air ducts in which the grain is cleaned by the air stream of light impurities such as dust and husks. The mechanical separator creates a sieve system.
