Based on the original F-750 Produce Quality Meter, is specifically engineered to gauge the maturity of avocados via dry-matter assessment. The instrument is designed to accurately predict percent dry matter straight out of the box with just a simple push of the button. Utilizing a wi-fi connection, the data collected using the F-751 Avocado Quality Meter can be seamlessly transferred to a computer for easy analysis and data sharing.

The F-750 Produce Quality Meter uses near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopy, as developed at Central Queensland University, to estimate quality metrics such as dry matter, Total Soluble Solids (TSS or brix), titratable acidity, and color. Working like a high-powered flashlight, the F-750 sends particles of light into a commodity, then measures the NIR light interactance with molecular components inside of the commodity to quantify user-selected traits.

The AccuStore and AccuRipe systems allow ripening, packing, and shipping managers to both monitor and control the levels of CO2, O2, and C2H4 (Ethylene) in monitored spaces. With the ability to easily report, scrub, and increase ripening gases, these systems are revolutionizing the postharvest industry by minimizing spoilage risk, improving consistency and removing ripening room guesswork.

The F-960 Ripen It! Gas Analyzer quickly and accurately measures ethylene, CO₂, and O₂ to assist with decision making throughout the produce ripening process. All three sensors work together to give you a clear picture of gas concentrations in ripening rooms.  The Ripen It! is a handheld unit that can easily be transported into ripening rooms or connected to rooms through external ports. Data is conveniently transferred from the device to a network using Bluetooth or the removable  SD card.

The F-900 Portable Ethylene Analyzer provides measurements of ethylene in real time. Quality Assurance professionals use the F-900 to collect the data they need to manage ethylene gas accurately and efficiently—in controlled atmosphere facilities, cold storage, and shipping containers.  Until recently, sensitive ethylene measurements were available only through complex and expensive gas sampling and gas chromatography analysis. The F-900 is an economical, yet precise, solution to ethylene measurement.  The F-900 Research Kit enables the stand-alone unit to take in-situ measurements of ethylene flux from fruits and leaves non-destructively. By using the Injection Port Kit, users can take small-volume, point-in-time measurements of ethylene. Additional sensors for measuring CO₂ and O₂ can be added to the F-900 for complete ripening gas analysis.
