FIMAKS - Belt-Driven Single Row Maize Chopper

Fimaks MC10X single row maize chopper is a result of many years of experience in the harvesting of silage maize. It is known for its high quality and convenient price. To get the best result from silage the maize harvester has to chop stems and cobs perfectly. Maize harvester’s feeding system is designed to feed the flywheel at right angles for the best quality silage. The flywheel is equipped with 10 specially hardened knives revolving at nearly 1600 rpm. There are two feeder drums and two pressure rollers that control the feeding of the maize to the flywheel. One of the pressure rollers is spring-loaded and toothed; the other one is not. The pressure rollers are vertically mounted right behind the feeder drums so that stems and cobs are always chopped at right angles. This is the secret of the machine’s low power requirement and short length of chop.

FIMAKS - Gearbox-Driven Single Row Maize Chopper

Fimaks MS12SL Maize Chopper is an ideal machine for small farms. The machine is connected to the tractor by 3pt. hitch and the weight of the machine are supported by the supporting tyre. The drivetrain is made of a gearbox and PTO shaft. The feeding unit consists of 2 feeding drums which cut the plant also. The cutting knives located on the drums provide a clean cut for the plant. Also, there is a safety mechanism for an excessive load. The feeding system is driven by a closed maintenance-free gearbox. The chopping unit is made of 12 knives in order to provide a cutting length of min 5mm. While in operation, the height-adjustable wheel maintains an even working height thus preventing the intake of earth and stones in bad conditions. Knife grinding is easily carried out with the built-in sharpening device.

FIMAKS - 2 Row Independent Corn Chopper

Fimaks row independent maize choppers have 1.25 mt working width. There are cutting, crushing, and feeding drums placed at the entry point of the machine. There are 12 hardened special knives on the flywheel that rotates at 1400 RPM. One of the most important features of the Bigdrum 1250 is the foldable chassis. While the machine is mounted to the tractor, the position of the machine can be changed, from rear to side or side to rear. This feature allows operators to start chopping without wasting crops. Bigdrum 1250 row independent maize chopper has a safety system against rock and soil intake. In case of an intake of solid objects, a shear bolt will be broken to protect the machine. Share bolt is easy and very economic to replace. To prevent intake of solid objects, the height between tires and machine can be adjusted.

Fimaks Bigdrum 2200 maize choppers have 2.2 meters working width which is capable of chopping 3 rows at the same time. The machine can be operated at the front side or rear side of the tractor. Bigdrum 2200 maize chopper has 12 specially designed and hardened knives placed on the flywheel that rotates at 1200 RPM. There are 2 feeding drums and 2 crushing drums in the machine that lead crops to the flywheel. 3 rows row independent maize chopper fully controlled with electro-hydraulic command system. FIMAKS - Forage Harvester

Fimaks forage harvesters are used for harvesting every kind of green fodder and grass in order to feed the animals directly or for making silage. The free-floating knives on the rotor are specially designed in order to prevent damage to the machine when they hit a hard material like stones in the field. The rotating speed of the rotor and knives create the blow needed to blow the cut grass to the trailer. The height adjustment can be easily controlled by the spring-controlled adjusting pin on the chassis. There is an automatic attachment between the chassis and machine in order to connect the machine to the chassis easily by the driver of the tractor. FIMAKS - Forage Harvester

Fimaks Double Chop forage harvester is used for harvesting every kind of green fodder and grass in order to make silage. The rotor that has 32 floating knives, picks the grass and delivers it to the auger that feeds the flywheel. The flywheel cuts the grass for the second time that results in a much shorter chopping length considering the standard forage harvesters. This flywheel also blows the chopped pieces through the chute in order to load them into the trailer. FIMAKS - 10 Ton Manure Spreader

Fimaks FMGR 10 Manure Spreader has an 8.5 cubic meter capacity. Up to 10 tons of manure can be loaded and spread homogeneously. FMGR 10 is designed for middle and big size enterprises with 90 HP power requirements. The hydraulic conveyor and the door are easily controlled with the joystick. The joystick can be placed on the tractor to operate the machine even easier. Fimaks manure spreaders have a suspension system that provides a more balanced and more comfortable operation. Fimaks manure spreaders have vertically placed beaters. Blades on the beater break up the manure and spread them homogeneously. The gearboxes and the chain system on the manure spreader are designed to endure high forces and long working times.
