Firstgrades chipscreen uses a simple rotary motion to provide highly efficent screening of loose products such as woodchips and bark. The 3 way split produces fines, main product and oversize in one pass. Oversize can be conveyed back to the shredder for re-grinding. The standard 4m x 2m Chipscreen has a throughput of over 100m3/hr and a power requirement of just 5.5kw
Bagging Lines - Volumetric Bagging System
Firstgrade’s Volumetric bagging system is designed for products such as compost, mulch and woodchip, which have variable density depending on moisture content. The volumetric system ensures a full, presentable bag regardless of moisture content. Firstgrade’s bagging units incorporate a number of features to prevent blocking when handling difficult materials such as manure and compost.
