Flo-Peel has become the industry standard for batch abrasive peeling. The peeler has developed to peel potatoes mechanically by abrasion of the skin – and is very effect on stored crop where the skin has become tougher and is more difficult to remove.

The continuous abrasive potato peeler machine can process up to approximately 6 tonnes of potatoes per hour. Each roller in the potato peeling machine is driven separately. This ensures that the potato moves through the machine in the optimum way. The peeling rollers are subdivided into sections, so the peeling surface of the potato peeling machine can be fully tailored to your specific situation. The peeler is easy to clean and maintenance costs are low.

The Flo-Grade has been developed to be installed with our Flo-Cut™ sizer halver unit or on its own as a stand-alone potato or tuber grader. It has a tapered screw design for gentle grading and transfer of potatoes.
