The MilkCollector collects and conveys the milk over 100 meters in real time with the help of a pump. Being the first component of the Automatic Milk Management, the MilkCollector is located close to the milking robot or milking parlor. There, the MilkCollector collects the fresh milk and conveys it in real time to the SmartTank, a milk tank or the MilchMobil in the calf barn. The SmartTank cools even the smallest amounts of milk directly and can be used by the calf feeder for the preparation of fresh portions.

The innovative HygieneBox expands your automatic feed system to include fully automated pump hose cleaning! The complete pump hose system can be automatically flushed up to four times per day, optionally with one or two detergents – for optimal hygiene from automatic feeder to teat! Due to the new external flushing the teat is also cleaned automatically with clear water after each calf.

Easily administer feed additives or electrolytes to your calves via the automatic feeder: Enter the additive you want to feed to your calves – and the automatic dispenser does the rest! The additive dispenser takes care of the precise dosage and reliable administration of the additives, as a one-off or over a longer period. Make sure your calves get the best – even when they’re away from the barn. The additive dispenser is available in two versions, for liquid and powder additives.

Mobilize your milk! The MilchMobil is more than a mobile milk tank: It mixes and warms the feed, easily follows you into the barn thanks to integrated electric drive and doses out precisely the portions you desire. Lighten your workload with this clever barn assistant!

Turn optimum colostrum management into your work routine: The compact Pasteur ColostroMAT gently heats the colostrum filled into ColostroBAGs in a water bath and pasteurizes it reliably and effectively within 60 minutes. While germs are killed directly by the pasteurization, the essential antibodies are retained and can be absorbed even better by the calves – For optimum protection from the very beginning!

No more provisional containers: The stable ColostroBAG made of aluminum is ideally suitable for filling, pasteurizing, freezing, storing and dispensing colostrum and, with 3.8 liter capacity, is precisely the correct volume for your newborn calf.

Maintain an overview of your calves’ weight development: The mobile “1-2-3 animal scale” from Bosche GmbH & Co. KG is easy to use and can be comfortably slid toward the calves. The animal scale is equipped with multi-reader animal identification from Förster-Technik and automatically identifies each calf when they step on the scale – For quick and easy weighing of your animals!
