The FDI Two Bar Hi-Volume Egg Collector offers all the same advantages of our standard eggvator as well as offering new features to ensure delicate egg handling.

Gentle Egg Handling Equipment. Equipment will fit most competitive poultry systems.

Standard cage sizes 24″ wide x 18″, 20″, 22.34″ deep x 12″ high (other sizes available upon request).

Standard cage sizes 24″ wide x 25.125″ deep x 14″ high (other sizes available upon request).

Maximum speed 50 feet per minute. Cable 5/16 stainless steel. Drive Unit: 1-1/2 or 2 HP motor. Start/stop control, manual, semi-automatic, or automatic. 10″ dia. 5 groove drive for reduced cable flexing and slippage. Corner Wheels: adjustable cable tensioning. Flexible installation:  lagged or cemented. Scraper Blades: custom width and heights . Painted or stainless steel finish. High pivot point for maximum clearance.

Heavy duty (3/16″ flighting):  9″ or 12″ auger. Light duty (3/32″ flighting):  9″ auger. Electric drive (5 or 7-1/2 HP) or PTO drive (with flex joint coupling & heavy duty #60 chain reduction drive). Heavy duty universal floor to riser connection. 10, 12, or 14 gauge galvanized floor trough (bolted couplers). 12 gauge galvanized riser trough and cover. Cross auger riser – 4 to 32 feet.

The FDI “Enriched Condo Layer Unit” is available with:

200 ft. per minute 24″ wide flexible belt with stainless steel lacing. 6″ vulcanized rubber drive roller with powered pinch rollers. 12 gauge galvanized side frame has open design, which reduces freezing. 6″ idler roller with 1″ shaft and bearings for tensioning and take up. Storage building conveyor has spreader attached for continuous piling.
