Humble, Texas
Our Humble, TX plant is the corporate office for FCI. The plant is situated on 15 acres of land and has 100,000 square feet under roof. It serves as the hub for receiving all the raw material and shipment of the finished products to the customers across North America. The facility has the capability and experience to offer forging solutions in a variety of shapes, geometries and sizes with a 1,750 ton hydraulic forge press. It has an extensive machine shop designed for manual machining. The plant carries a vast inventory of finished and semi-finished products, as well as an extensive inventory of raw steel on-site.

Navasota, Texas
The Navasota facility is located 75 miles northwest of Houston, TX, and serves as the heavy forge plant for FCI. It is spread out over 20 acres of land. The plant has the capability to offer forgings with a 2,000 and 3,000 ton hydraulic forge presses, 300 ton ring roll, as well as a machine shop equipped with a variety of manual machines. The plant has a large raw material inventory on-site.

Forge USA - Houston, Texas
Forge USA is located inside the 610 loop near the well-known Galleria area of Houston. This plant serves as FCI’s sole heat treating complex with additional forging capability by a 14,000 pound hammer and a 3,000 ton hydraulic forge press with a rail manipulator. The facility boasts a vast heat treating capacity and equipped with multiple API certified furnaces, as well as 30,000 gallon water and 16,000 gallon polymer quench tanks.

FCI SUBSEA -Houston, Texas
FCI Subsea is located 3 miles south of our corporate office. The 3 acre complex serves FCI as a CNC machine shop for custom machined products. The facility is equipped with a wide array of CNC machines that include, but not limited to vertical and horizontal mills, CNC lathes and VTLs. This equipment enables FCI to perform various complex machining services on the forged products it manufactures. The machinery provides significant turning and milling capacity, thus enhancing FCI’s capabilities to machine large and heavy forgings into the finished products.
