The Hortitech 2HD 3.00 hydraulic trolley is designed for tomato care in high greenhouses, where smooth adjustment of the working platform at high heights is required. The Hortitech 2HD 3.00 trolley is equipped with a scissor lift consisting of two scissors lifted by one actuator, which allows us to raise the platform to a height of 3 m. The scissor guides are made of plastic, which significantly improved the rigidity of the trolley scissors. The hydraulic unit received a strong 2kW engine. The device uses a PLC controller that controls the operation of lifting the platform, extending the travel wheels, and driving. The trolley system also informs us about excessively discharged batteries, which guarantees us trouble-free work.

Hortitech 4HD 6.00 has been designed for service work in high greenhouse facilities. The trolley uses modern drive systems and hydraulics from renowned manufacturers, which ensures long and trouble-free operation. The device has four scissors and two hydraulic actuators that lift the working platform to a height of 6 m, as well as a system of four manually extendable stabilizers, which are necessary when working at a height of 6 m. The trolley has security systems such as a tilt sensor that protects the trolley from tipping over, as well as platform lifting locks as a result of incorrect extension of the stabilizers or too high tilt to one side, all systems are monitored by a PLC controller. Optional Turbo Button that allows the trolley to move at a speed of 105 m / min.

The device uses a scissor system of a manually lifted platform supported by a hydraulic cylinder. Pneumatic wheels and a powerful drive motor allow the trolley to move even on uneven terrain.

The device uses a two-scissor hydraulic lifting platform system supported by an efficient hydraulic cylinder, thanks to which we can raise or lower the platform in a very smooth way. Pneumatic wheels and a powerful drive engine allow the trolley to move even on uneven terrain.

HSE300S is a new solution used in strawberry care treatments. The telescopically foldable lance with a span of 7580mm allows for spraying in sections immediately after identifying the disease outbreak, which is key to its eradication.

The robot moves smoothly along the heating pipes using an electric and combustion engine with a capacity of 205 cm 3 and a power of 6.5 HP. The sprayer drives to the end of the row and starts the treatment from the end, driving towards the connector, which allows for even and fast spraying, which is currently effective only when it is performed immediately after detecting a plant disease outbreak. The track width of the driving wheels is adjusted to the individual needs of the customer. The construction consists of acid-resistant materials. The remote control attached to the sprayer allows you to stop the device during the drive. The PLC controller operating the device additionally counts the hours worked and also allows you to save the routes and the current configuration. The whole is powered by two 44Ah batteries.

Our offer includes tomato hooks in dimensions of 18 and 22 cm. We supply greenhouse hangers without string or with string of various thicknesses and colors. Each grower can determine the appropriate length of string on the hook and free fall. We have technologies for two systems of winding string on hooks. In the first system, rubber, the string reserve is wound next to it and attached with a plastic rubber band. In the second system, braid, the string reserve is wound in a figure eight and lies freely in the cardboard. The layers in this system are separated by cardboard that protects the product from tangling.
