Vervaet Beet Eater - Sugar Beet Harvester
Vervaet is a family business that started in 1974 by building self-propelled beet harvesters. The first Hydro Trikes were developed in 1989. Currently, more than 180 people work for Vervaet, making sure that clients from all over the world get their Q616, Q621 and their Beet Eaters 625 and 925 on time. The production of these machines takes place between February and September while the rest of the year, the staff work hard on the production and timely delivery of the Hydro Trikes. The factory premises cover 50,000 m2 nowadays, of which 13,500 m2 has been built on. Vervaet invests almost 10% of its turnover in research and development (R&D) and produces 75 to 100 new self-propelled machines every year.
Vervaet - Hydro Trike
Extra extendable axle: more power, more output. Because of the on-going increase of scale and therefor the desire for more capacity, we developed the Hydro Trike XL. The tank of this version has a capacity of 20,5 m³, which is also ideal to empty a 36 m³ truck in 2 times. The otherwise optional Borger 1550 (9m³) pump is standard on the XL Trike. Of course only 3 wheels was no longer feasible The solution was quickly found with an extra axle.
Hydro Trike
Equipped with an 18-tonne high-quality spreader, the Hydro Trike US is a capacity spreader which is unparalleled in the market. Its speed and stability are widely acclaimed.
Vervaet - Manure Processing System
Would you like to use sweep hoses with accurate dispensing, no pressure drop but with a cutting device? And are capacity and low ground pressure important to you? Then opt for the Hydro Trike – Umbilical version and a 6 m3 buffer tank. In combination with the manure pump, the buffer tank ensures absolutely precise dispensing, while the cutting device prevents blockages.

Manure System
Swivel Arm System
The Vervaet Hydro Trike Umbilical is guaranteed to be the most solution-oriented machine on the market. A 5000ltr manure buffer tank is placed which serves as a buffer. No stress on the pump on or off, just pumping and with the simple operation of the trike (which is unchanged on a normal trike) the injector lift, turn and lower again after which the machine automatically takes over all the gift again. The swinging arm puts the towing hose perfectly around the injector without any interference from the driver.
