Fraser and Kate started the business in the year 1975 at the original premises where Fraser Robb had served his apprenticeship, and worked with Mr McAinsh from 1959 to 1966. He then left to sell commercial vehicles for 9 years before coming back to Drymen in 1975 to start up in business for himself.

Struan Robb joined the business straight from school, attending college and successfully gaining his apprenticeship in Engineering. Struan has worked across every area of the business and spends more time now meeting with clients, demonstrating machinery and increasing the profile of the business.

Lorna Robb joined the business in 2007. She started her career within the hotel industry, latterly within the HR Department, then remained within HR for numerous years, before a move into Britvic as a Sales Manager. She then joined Totaljobs.com to set up the sales office within Scotland, then established her own job board, scottishjobsonthe.net with her business partner, prior to joining Fraser C. Robb.

Fraser C. Robb has a team of 18, comprising of 8 engineers (Cameron, Elliot, Kiall, Gary, John, Martyn, Tam and apprentice Kevin) 1 parts mananger (Iain), 1 driver (Fraser), 2 administrators (Jane & Pamela), 1 sales administrator (Dave),agricultural sales (Jim) and Kenny Hunter has joined Fraser C. Robb as Commercial Sales Manager. Kenny has worked within the Groundcare industry for over 30 years. The latest member of Fraser C. Robb is Pamela who is working on purchase ledger within the office. She joins us with years of accounts experience and we`re delighted she has joined our team. The team has been with us from as brief as 6 months up to 20 years, they have extensive experience across all types of industries.
