Fuelwood SPLITTA takes round logs up to 14` diameter and converts them into split firewood or kindling at rates over 7 cubic metres of solid timber per hour automatically! The Unique splitting blade in the form of an ‘X’ is pushed into the end grain of the log. The blade is then retracted and the log fed sideways by a controlled distance. The cycle is then repeated. The machine can be adjusted from producing firewood to kindling in a matter of seconds and the size of firewood or kindling can be set to between 15 to 120 mm square sections. SPLITTA is ideal for high volume production of bagged logs. The X-blade produces consistent size logs, with no need to re-split any large pieces!

The machine can be adjusted from producing firewood to kindling in a matter of seconds and the size of firewood or kindling can be set to between 15 to 120 mm.

Fuelwood Factory is a combination of Woodcutta 400 and either Kindlet Pro, Splitta 360 or Splitta 400 to create a fully automated arrangement for converting timber lengths into split logs or kindling. Various options are available to extend the capability of the line-up. Woodcutta 400 converts the timber into cut rings using a hydraulic chainsaw, then transfers them to the Kindlet Pro or Splitta option. The rings are converted to a split product of consistent sectional size, regardless of the ring diameter. The sectional size can be easily and quickly adjusted from log to kindling sizes . The output is then presented for bulk loading or for bagging into net bags.

The Heizohack In-feed conveyors make light work of loading and feeding off cut material from sawmills, joinery shops or wast logs barks from firewood production. The conveyors work with the Heizohack stress controls and are also supplied with boundary safety stop cable/switch. Supplled on heavy duty braked swivel wheels the in-feed conveyor can be quickly wheeled into place and removed easily so the chipper can still be used for longer lengths. The conveyors are available for the HM300 & 400 series of chippers.

Using the same robust circular saw as the Quatromat, the Solomat will cut round wood and split billets into regular lengths from 20-50cm long. The patented feed and log grip system minimises the handling of timber and makes the operation simple, safe and very very fast. The operator simply loads timber into the inclinded chute and rocks the trough forward and back, the feeding and gripping of the timber is done automatically. The TCT 700mm circular saw is fast and quiet sawdust is directed out of the rear of the machine and can be easily collected. Available as electric, tractor PTO or combination. Available with or without conveyor and conveyor can be supplied in 2 lengths either fixed 2m or 5m telescopic.
