Milking Clusters

Full-Laval - Visi Claw Cluster for Cow Milking in Parlor Systems

The Visi-Claw cluster, created by FULL-LAVAL, is engineered to facilitate cow milking in both parallel and rotating parlors, where cows are milked from the rear. This claw can also be employed in herringbone parlors. The design addresses several key challenges: the inlets are closely positioned to allow attachment through the cow's back legs, and the unit is made from highly durable, transparent material to enable workers to monitor milk flow from each liner. The claw accommodates old cows with non-standard udders and features large diameter inlets to sustain milk flow from the highest-producing cows. It is equipped to fit standard milk tubes (16mm) and less commonly used 22mm tubes. The design prevents back flushing when a liner slips and fits comfortably in a farmer's hand while efficiently evacuating milk, ensuring it doesn't flood even at flow rates of 12 liters per minute.

Full Laval - Hibrid Cluster

Full Laval's patented Hybrid Milking Claw is designed specifically for milking cows from behind in parallel or rotary milking parlors. This innovative claw includes two separate internal chambers that separate milk from the left and right sides of the cow's teats, allowing it to be evacuated to the milk meter individually. This feature mitigates the risk of milk turbulence within the claw, which can impede milk flow rates, particularly in cows with higher milk production exceeding 12 liters per minute. The nipples and liners are arranged such that they naturally fall into place, making it easier to attach the claw between the cow's rear legs, a traditionally narrow and confined space. Constructed from a durable yet transparent special material, the Hybrid Claw allows for easy observation of milk flow. This product represents an advancement in the efficiency and ergonomics of milking operations.
