The line for the production of hydroponic materials allows to obtain shaped pieces of mineral wool for agricultural use: the shaped hydroponic objects are most required in intensive plantations of fruits, vegetables and flowers. The mineral fibers beeing inorganic guarantee the absence of parasites in the plantation roots. The boards for the production of hydroponic materials are produced on the main line (with special binding types), then the boards are treated on the dedicated line. This line consists of a set of machines (with different levels of automation) which cut and shape the outcoming boards and cover them with special polyethylene film.
