Crop Lifters - 8B Crop Lifter

GATERMAN - Model INST-8BF - Crop Lifters

This installation kit contains a specially modified adjustment block (C block) and the required hardware to allow the use of the popular 8B crop lifter on the John Deere 600 series flex head grain platforms (620F, 622F, 622R, 625F, 625R, 630F, 630R, 635F, 635FD, 640FD). The kit is a direct, bolt-on replacement for new and existing 8B crop lifter installations.

GATERMAN - Model INST-8BS - Installation Kit for Schumacher SCH Easy Cut Cutterbars

This installation kit contains a specially modified adjustment block (C block) and the required hardware to allow the use of the popular 8B crop lifter on Schumacher SCH Easy Cut II cutterbars equipped with 132mm and 147mm sickle guards used on various cutting platforms. The kit is a direct, bolt-on replacement for new and existing 8B crop lifter installations. It is not required on the early Easy Cut cutterbars or Easy Cut II cutterbars equipped with 157mm sickle guards.

GATERMAN - Model 8A - Crop Lifter for Downward Tilting Cutterbars

The 8A is a fully adjustable crop lifter (also known as pick up guard) used on all windrowers and combines with fixed, floating, or flexible cutterbars that tilt downward. The 8A crop lifter is constructed of high strength ductile iron for durability and long service life. Plated grade 8 fasteners are used for high strength and corrosion resistance. Note: The 8A crop lifter is used for 3" cut systems only. For 1½" cut systems, see the 4S crop lifter. For a more economical alternative, choose the 1A crop lifter.

GATERMAN - Model 4H - Crop Lifters For Heavy Duty Applications

The 4H crop lifter (also known as pick up guard) fits windrowers and pea harvesters, as well as selected floating cutterbars used on combines. This sturdy ductile iron crop lifter is equipped with a set screw height adjustment and non-clogging spring action joint. It comes equipped with yellow zinc plated grade 8 fasteners.

GATERMAN - Model 4B - Crop Lifter For Low Cutting Applications

The 4B is a rugged, non-adjustable crop lifter (also known as pick up guard) used in demanding low cutting applications. It features spring loaded action and a nested receiver pocket for the sickle guard providing the ultimate in solid mounting. The 4B crop lifter is constructed of high strength ductile iron for durability and long service life. It comes equipped with yellow zinc plated grade 8 fasteners.

GATERMAN - Model 4S - Crop Lifter For 1½Inch Cut Systems

The 4S is a fully adjustable crop lifter (also known as pick up guard) designed to fit combine floating cutterbars with 1½" cut stub guards. It is equipped with a set screw height adjustment, non-clogging spring action joint, and is double-bolted to the cutterbar. 4S crop lifters are constructed of ductile iron for strength and durability. They are equipped with high strength yellow zinc plated fasteners. For 3" cut systems, see the 8B crop lifter or 4H crop lifter.

GATERMAN - Model SPK-CNH - Spacer Kit For 4B, 4H, 8A and 8B Crop Lifters

This spacer kit contains a specially designed spacer and the required hardware to allow the use of the 4B, 4H, 8A, and 8B crop lifters on the following cutterbar platforms while utilizing the factory poly skid shoes: MacDon headers to fit 973, D50, D60, D65, FD70, FD75, CA25, FD1, D1, FM100. Case IH headers to fit 2152, 2052, 2142, 2162, 2062. New Holland headers to fit 82C, 83C, 84C, 86C.
