Mobile stackers are used to loading and unloading bags from the trucks/containers and stack and unload bags in the Warehouse.

Pneumatic RCN dust cleaning and destoning. Water wash RCN dust cleaning of RCN and Destoning. Standard Capacity – 4 to 6 mt/hr.

Pre-cleaned and Destoned RCN is weighed, Bagged, and Stitched automatically with speed with minimum manual intervention. Standard Capacity – 4 to 6 mt/hr.

RCN needs to be sized to standardized sizes to suit shelling machines. The RCN sizing can be done before or after steam cooking for Shelling.

Storage silos are used in RCN processing for storing RCN at multiple process stages. After Cooking, Silos are used to store steamed RCN for cooling. After Sizing, Silos are used for storage of Sized RCN before the Shelling process. The RCN sizing is done in rotating perforated drums into four standard sizes. Standard Capacity – 250 kgs to 25 mt per silo.
