OLNEY Destoners are used for removing troublesome sinking trash from a variety of food products. Whether the trash is stones and dirt from mechanical harvesting or heavy trash such as nuts, bolts, nails and glass, OLNEY Destoners, are accurate and dependable. Water carries the product over specially designed stone traps that catch and trap heavy trash as the product passes over. Product is then dewatered or can continue on in a flume or pumping system.

The OLNEY Dirt removing reel is a simple positive drive cylinder, which allows beans to tumble through, while allowing dirt, sand and small stones to fall through the screens. The removal of this loose trash makes your air cleaning and washing process much more efficient.
