The roof panels feature a 3-inch tall rib design with 3-bend profiles for enhanced structural integrity, ensuring they withstand harsh environmental conditions. Accessible stairways, ladders, cages, and platforms are designed to prioritize user safety. The sidewall sheets, crafted from high-tensile steel rated at 70,000 psi or greater, support heavy loads for unmatched strength. The bins incorporate improved stiffener profiles made from up to 2-gauge material, allowing taller bin constructions. Precision roll-forming equipment enhances the stiffener profile, while powder-coated base stiffener boots prevent rust over time. The Z-Tek™ Roof System on models like the 4032 ensures increased load capacity through z-shaped rafters, purlins, and other robust components. The 40-Series Grain Bins are available in multiple diameters, accommodating various storage capacities ranging from 1,061 to 1,941,540 bushels, making them suitable for different agricultural needs.
