High speed and fruit-friendliness go hand in hand with the GeoSort. As our most productive sorting solution for delicate fruit, GeoSort guarantees accurate grading through modular, in-own-house developed measuring systems for external and internal quality (iQS and iFA). Special cameras measure external quality by capturing a multitude of images per second, which provide a lightning-fast and reliable quality analysis. Similarly, internal quality is measured, this time with high-speed infrared images – completing the fruit’s overall quality analysis. These next-level measuring systems enable GeoSort’s (fruit-friendly) top speed of 8 products per second, per lane.

Meet CombiSort – our capable all-rounder. It combines versatility with maximum fruit-friendliness through use of the patented GREEFA-slab, making it not only a great solution for pears, but for many different kinds of fruit. It’s what makes the CombiSort our most flexible sorting solution – ideal for growers in search of a single solution for multiple fruit types.

Compact is the new large. MultiSort – our handy solution for round fruits – proves it. With its transition-less carrier, fruit-friendliness is maintained even at very high speeds. The clear touch screen is in keeping with the ‘efficiency through simplicity’ philosophy, and ensures easy operation. Furthermore, the robust construction, combined with the accurate weighing bridge, ensures excellent accuracy at high speed.

QSort is optimized to accurately sort by length, weight and curvature of elongated fruit. The carrier belt is quiet and fruit-friendly as a result of ‘fingers’ that interlock, thereby forming a smooth transition. Durability and low maintenance go hand-in-hand in the form of energy-efficient LED lighting. Moreover, the machine is easily expandable with modular peripherals.
