RiteHeight - Sprayer Boom Height Controller

RiteDepth - Root Crop Automatic Depth and Distance Controllers

The RiteDepth system provides automatic, accurate and consistent depth and distance control on root crop harvesters and vegetable flail mowers (toppers). The system works with one or two rugged sonar sensors mounted to read off the top of the row and connected to the share mounting frame. Signals from the sensors are interpreted by a small controller which automatically lifts and lowers the share frame as needed. This maintains a very consistent digging depth even when the harvester works in hilly or uneven terrain or when soil conditions change (from dry to wet or from packed to loose soil).

RiteDrop - Root Crop and Vegetable Harvester Automatic Drop Height Controller

Conveyor height control on root crop and vegetable harvesters as well as on storage equipment, is still mostly a manual job for the operator. Operators must constantly watch the drop height and manually adjust the conveyor height to minimize the drop and so minimize bruise damage. This is fatiguing and stressful and sometimes hard to learn for an inexperienced operator. The RiteDrop system virtually automates conveyor and drop height control. Not only can the operator relax a little and pay more attention to other aspects of running the harvesting or storage equipment, he may also deliver a higher percentage of bruise free and marketable product and so add to the bottom line.

RiteTilt - Automatic Harvester Tilt Controller

The RiteTilt controller is designed for use on a wide variety of equipment that must be maintained in a level position (zero tilt angle) in order to perform well. Typical applications include root crop and vegetable harvesters, and trenching equipment. Without automatic tilt control, the operator must visually check a gauge or indicator and maintain the correct angle on-the-go. The RiteTilt controller attached to the machine continuously measures tilt and activates electrical output signals when the tilt angle requires adjustment. The electrical signals control solenoid valves and cylinders or electric actuators to automatically keep the machine level.

RiteSpeed - Automatic Belt Slip Monitors

The RiteSpeed system consists of several sensors and a small controller. It continuously compares the speed of the input drive shaft to the speeds of idler shafts and rollers. When the ratio falls outside a preselected range, the system sounds an alarm and shows the operator which conveyor or belt is slipping too much. The operator can reduce ground speed or stop the machine before it is plugged and before damage occurs.
