All of our 81x sprockets are manufactured using high-quality materials and are precision manufactured for optimum performance and working life. The majority of out 81X chain sprockets are manufactured from steel, but we also have cast sprockets. We supply the widest selection of 81X roller chain sprockets in the world! Metric Roller Chain Sprockets
32B-2 roller chain sprockets are manufactured for metric 32B-2 roller chain and is manufactured in accordance with ISO, DIN, and BS228 standards. All of our sprockets are precision manufactured from high-quality steel, and the majority of them are black oxide coated, and have hardened teeth on tooth counts 30 or less. Something important to know note is that on tooth counts 31 and up hardened teeth make little to no performance increase, this is why it is not standard.

Double Pitch Transmission Chains
Double pitch roller chains are available in different configurations and styles, with different roller diameters. Standard chains are made of stainless steel with straight sidebars, while oversized double pitch chains are made with roller diameters larger than the side plates. Oversized double pitch chains are used in applications where a product is placed on top of the chain, or where guide tracks are used to guide the product. There are also different styles, including hollow pin double pitch roller chains.
Self-lubrication Roller Chains
The self-lubrication roller chain is an advanced design that combines the key benefits of standard roller chains with the ability to avoid the need for lubrication after installation. A special sintered bushing, which is oil-impregnated, and specially treated bearing pin work together to keep the chain lubricated during operation. In addition, self-lubrication roller chains are interchangeable with standard chains.
