The Harvest Plastic Louvered Chaffer and Sieve is designed to be stronger, lighter, last longer, and perform better than the competition. The plastic louvers have a specially designed cupped tail which directs the air more vertical, even when closed. More vertical air gives you better lift. The cupped tail also distributes the air across the sieve to eliminate dead spots. The louver is designed to allow the sieve to be set wider open. Combine performance improves and the amount of clean grain in the return is reduced, thus cutting down on cracked grain.

The Harvest Services Original Plastic Slat Feeder Chain was developed for longer service life, better performance over OEM and with less wear and tear on your combine’s feeder house. It’s lightweight plastic slats are spring steel reinforced for less wear and tear on your combine’s feeder housing while still providing better feeding action due to the unique profile of the slat. Additionally, the slat is designed to deflect and rebound to shape after encountering larger solid objects that may be introduced into the feeder house.

Robust build design, significantly more material above the bars, completely precision line bored and quality materials all add up to improved performance in this critical most component of your combine. Additional filler plates or cover plates for various crops and crop conditions are optional.

Wide Wire, Narrow Wire, and Round Bar Harvest Services Rotary Concaves provide the ultimate combine configurations for optimal threshing and grain separation. To tackle high capacity and high wear factors in rotary combines, Harvest wire concaves are manufactured using 1045 steel with more steel bar over the wire. They are more aggressive and last longer. Side frames, hooks and wire diameters are also heavier, so they last longer and keep their shape. Cover plates for various crops and crop conditions are optional.
