Haven Steel produces a wide variety of special spring shapes made from alloy and carbon steel bars and rounds. Sizes include rectangular bars ranging from .237” to 1.5” thick and 1.5” to 8” in width and rounds up to 1 ½”. Spring types include semi-elliptical, draw bar, torsion, and single leaf applications. O.E.M. industries supplied include; agricultural tillage, landscaping, construction, leisure furniture, railroad, sports equipment and trailer hitch manufacturers. Springs are processed to meet your specifications using induction and gas fired heating processes in conjunction with specialized forging and forming equipment. Oil quench and temper heat treat facilities and shot peening capability complete our processing capacity.
