The transfer trailers, now exported worldwide, help to exploit the potential of high performance combine harvesters to the full. With their soil protecting tires, they are exceptionally well-suited for use on fields. For quick further transport, the harvest can be transferred to road-going vehicles at the side of the field with a capacity of 700 tons per hour. The performance of the harvesters is considerably increased by transfer during continuous driving. Doing so warrants the greatest possible capacity utilisation.

HAWE Wester offers beet transfer trailers with capacities of 27, 40 and 50 m³. The capacity is designed to suit all makes of self-propelled beet harvester. The HAWE RUW transfers the beet easily while the harvester is moving and transports it to the field edge. Its high-performance, hydraulically folding conveyor gently places the beet in the clamp which is sited on undisturbed ground and can therefore be removed easily by the cleaner/loaders. The unloading rate is 1000 tonnes per hour and is matched to harvester performance. HAWE RUW are delivered as body-swap systems.

Haulage distances between the maize field and the silage store are increasing all the time, creating a demand for new logistics concepts. Silage transfer trailers (SUW) from HAWE Wester offer an intelligent, cost-effective and environmentally friendly solution because trucks with large load capacities cause fewer problems for road traffic and local residents. Thanks to large-volume, low-compaction tires and a powerful blower with a discharge capacity of 9 to 11 cubic meters per minute, the HAWE SUW offers performance which is perfectly coordinated with modern forage harvesters. This tried-and-tested vehicle concept uses proven components from the HAWE range: the rear gate/metering plate, three metering rollers and two augers transport the chopped silage to the blower with pre-accelerator. The blower is driven directly by the PTO shaft and is located at the front of the vehicle where the driver can see it. The discharge spout swivels through 280 degrees.

The Potato-Transfer trailer KUW 2000 has been completely redeveloped for quick and crop friendly potato harvesting: With up to 30 m³ loading capacity and the usual robust HAWE construction, the KUW 2000 offers an efficient and comfortable solution.

Highest quality and precision “made in Germany”! The robust spreading unit with two (or three) spreaders, two spreading discs, metering slide and four strong scraper floor chains ensure the exact distribution of the high-quality fertiliser. All machines are fit for precision farming…

Five types of dumper trailer with permissible weights of 20 to 34 metric tonnes are available. The HAWE dumper range features rear or two-side tipper systems with rear tipping or a left-hand driving direction. High bodies are offered for silage and light bulk materials. The HAWE roller tarpaulin system is extremely user-friendly. The tarpaulin is secured in place by a gear rack system so that no other measures are necessary to secure it. The trailer is operated from a standard platform that can be reached by climbing a folding ladder.

The HAWE CSW 4000 push-off trailer with a capacity of 40 m³ in a tandem configuration and the 50 m³ CSW 5000 tridem configuration complete our range of vehicles. Since the load is pushed off instead of tipping the body, the trailer can also be used inside low-ceiling buildings. Furthermore, this system is much safer on slopes since the center of gravity of the vehicle is lower, resulting in a significantly lower risk of the vehicle tipping over. And finally, the strongly-built integral sheet steel body is capable of withstanding high stresses.
