Combine Reels

HCC - Combine Reels

HCC Combine Reels improve performance and reduce downtime. We’ve improved on the reel with fewer parts, stronger components, 35-40% greater visibility, and lighter weight.

Combine Reel Enhancements

HCC Orbit - Combine Reel-Auger Gap

Anyone who has harvested with a grain or flex header has seen crop hesitate in front of the auger, resulting in slugging, reel carry-over, and slower harvest speeds. HCC has closed that gap with the Orbit™ Trac II Combine Reel. This attachment for HCC combine reels has a revolutionary reel design that brings the tines right up to the auger to positively place crop into the auger, providing true continuous crop flow.

HCC - Flip Combine Reel Kit

The Flip Combine Reel Kit enhances reel performance with its tine flipping action that feeds heavy-duty crops, like canola, into the header. Keep your crops moving with the HCC Flip Combine Reel Kit. HCC’s Flip Combine Reel Kit is designed to prevent crops from wrapping around bat tubes and offers the durability needed to harvest tough crops including canola.

HCC - Paddle Tines

The Paddle has earned rave reviews from across the country. It’s the cost effective alternative to standard pickup combine tines when crop conditions make harvesting difficult and inefficient.

Combine Sieves and Combine Chaffers

Gateway - Combine Sieves and Combine Chaffers

The patented design of the Gateway® combine sieve and combine chaffer system utilizes aluminum and plastic modular construction to provide optimized combine performance and improved grain cleaning. The construction of the Gateway makes it significantly lighter than standard combine sieves and combine chaffers, reducing the wear on cleaning shoe bushings and bearings, extending their life, and reducing combine downtime.
