The purpose of animal feed drying is to remove the excess water from the feedstock for easy to pack, transporte, store, process and use.

Distiller`s Grains is the residues of rice, wheat or sorghum after vintage. It doesn’t only contain grains, but also rich crude protein, about 2-3 times higher than the corn content. Lees also contains a variety of trace elements, vitamins, yeasts, lysine, methionine and tryptophan. However, the distiller`s grains water content is high, easy moldy and rotting, then polluting the environment. Dry lees can be supplied for animal feed industries, or for fish feeding. It will increase the added value of distillers and reduce environmental pollution.

ZJN drying equipment use hot air, triple stage and multi-loop drying process. It can dry above 80% water content beer dregs to below 15% moisture DDGS.

Organic fertilizer mainly refers to the biological fertilizer produced by raw material of fresh chicken manure, pig manure etc. and does not contain any chemical ingredients. The organic fertilizer is high humidity and viscousity and stinky. But it is rich of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, organic matter, amino acids, Protein and other ingredients. Through drying, deodorizing and palleting by ZJN drying machine, these organic fertilizer can be used as medium for planting mushrooms, as well as green compound fertilizer for farmland to improve the soil and provide adequate nutrition for crops.
