The S55 spray robot for your comfort! The S55 is a spray robot with batteries, made for automatic spraying. The spray robot uses the pipe rail system to move through the greenhouse. The robot is only 30 cm wide (excl. wheels), 170 cm high and weighs only 150 kg.

This spray robot has an AIRMIXer: a combined air/liquid spray mast. On this AIRMIXer spray mast air and liquid are mixed under pressure in special mixing chambers. In this way you get a very strong spray mist that goes far into the crop. In order to supply the spray robot with air there is an extra reel on top of the reel for the liquid supply.  As the photo shows the spray robot has become a little higher. The small width (30 cm) and smooth outside of the S55 remained the same.

With a smart adjustment of our S55 AIRMIXer the spray robot can be used for desinfection with foam in greenhouses. This makes our spray robot an interesting option for fighting stubborn viruses.

During crop change your S55 spray robot may not be used for crop protection, but with a simple accessory you can use the same robot to clean the cultivation gutters. The S55 gutter cleaner consists of two v-shaped plates that are pushed constantly towards the gutter by means of a spring. In this way the distance of the nozzle to the gutter is constantly the same, which is the basis for thoroug cleaning. Even if there is a greenhouse pole in between, the gutter cleaner can pass easily.
