The SuperCut 100S is a compact saw unit developed in collaboration with machine manufacturers specifically for integration with harvester heads. This means that the SuperCut 100S is sold only to machine manufacturers and not as an aftermarket accessory. The SuperCut 100S is condensed high technology for installation in the crane tip for professional forestry use in double shifts. So the focus is on optimizing its weight, power, and saw performance.

The SuperCut 300 is a very powerful ¾” saw unit. It offers the same functionality as the smaller SuperCut 100, but with a sturdier build and fully adapted for ¾” saw bars. The SuperCut 300, which can be equipped with a 40 or 60 cubic centimeter motor, is well suited to the largest harvester heads or for use in large fellers. It’s also fitted as standard in our SuperSaw 650S grapple saw.

The SuperSaw 555S is our most powerful grapple saw with a .404 chain. It’s extremely robust and offers high performance while being very easy to handle. Control your sawing with simple pressure and flow settings. The 555S is an excellent choice for excavators, log.

The MultiGrip (MG) is a flexible bypass grapple suited to most construction jobs. With its interlocking grapple arms, the MG can get a hold of just about anything. For really heavy work and rock moving, we’d recommend our MG-T sorting grapple series. This is the first grapple we’ve developed specifically for the construction industry. We took what we’ve learned from our strongest log grapple and made the MG a little stronger, so that you can always depend on it. The response from contractors who’ve chosen an MG shows that we’ve succeeded.

The “T” stands for tip-to-tip and marks the end of any similarities with a log grapple. MG-T is a truly sturdy sorting grapple, it offers everything a discerning machine operator could wish for: powerful arms, reversible blades, and separate mechanical stops for the arms, both fully open and closed.

For use on large clear fell harvesters where high torque is a necessity, the AV 14 is fitted with a high torque motor giving 50% more slewing power than other rotator models.

The SuperCut std is a simple but high performance saw unit that’s perfectly suited for use in, for example, grapple saws and log splitters. It has a strong tensioning plate and a bar holder that enable it to handle long saw bars. The SuperCut is fitted as standard in our SuperSaw 550 and SuperSaw 555S grapple saws and delivers superb cutting performance. Unlike the SuperCut 100 and the SuperCut 300, the SuperCut std is not restricted to machine manufacturers and is also sold separately via dealers in the aftermarket.

The SuperSaw 550 / 550S is an easy-to-use standard grapple saw that includes the SuperCut std saw unit. It’s suited for use on timber trucks and lighter stationary cranes, or as a more powerful alternative when harvesting forest residue.
