HYPRO 755 HB wheel-mounted tractor processor enables more forest operators to own and use a very powerful and competitive harvesting machine. The processor connects very simply to the tractor using the same principle as a forest trailer, and handles trees from 3 centimetres all the way up to 50 centimetres in diameter. The trees are fed in with the 7.5 metre long crane or using the powerful, 2,000 kg radio-controlled winch with 50 metres of wire.

HYPRO 755 VB is a free-standing, trailer-mounted HYPRO 755 – with no crane, winch, pump or tank. It has been produced for use on a forest trailer as the carrying unit for the processor, with lower ground pressure and lower purchase price as a result. HYPRO 755 VB is a robust tractor processor with a working radius of fully 280°, in other words, processing from both sides of the trailer. The machine is controlled by HYPRO+1, which is HYPRO’s third generation Canbus-system with 2-lever electro-hydraulic control (EHC).

The HYPRO 755 is a generously equipped tractor processor with its own 7 metre feed crane and processor head, both of which have a working radius of a full 280°, in other words, processing from both sides. HYPRO 755 is also available without crane. HYPRO 755 has its own hydraulic system with pump and tank for mounting on the front of the tractor. The hydraulic system is variably load-sensing, providing speed, flexibility, excellent flow and strength in combination with maximum fuel economy. HYPRO 755 can also be supplied for mounting on tractors with an inbuilt variable hydraulic system with the necessary flow and pressure (see technical data).

The HYPRO 450 XL is a versatile, powerful and easily manoeuvred tractor processor. It is a highly-valued and popular all-round machine that functions equally impressively for small final thinnings as for first thinnings. HYPRO 450 XL has high and low speed, enabling a very high feed rate – 5m/sec in high speed mode – providing major benefits when operating in forests with smaller trees. The low speed mode has a feed rate of 3.5 m/sec and a very high starting torque combined with raw power for use when operating in forests with larger trees.

The HYPRO 300 VB trailer-mounted tractor processor is the latest trailer-mounted processor model from HYPRO. The processor is supplied without crane and winch, but as an optional extra can be supplied complete with hydraulic tank and a pump with gearbox that is mounted directly on the tractor’s PTO.

The HYPRO 300 is a rational, versatile thinning processor carried on three-point linkage which, despite its small size and low weight (about 800 kilos), performs rapidly and effectively. HYPRO 300 has its own hydraulic system with the pump unit mounted directly on the tractor’s PTO-shaft, producing lower weight and a more compact installation. The machine has a load sensing valve, which delivers smoother handling and options for flow control without the use of throttle functions. HYPRO 300 operates with three feeder wheels, which produces very high feed power for its size.

HYPRO HV14 Forwarder Trailer is recognised in the market as a solid, high quality trailer with a fantastic stability throughout the construction. When HYPRO HV14 was produced, the trailer was thoroughly tested under a range of tough working conditions. After the test period, it was clear that the trailer maintained the highest standards and had proven exceptional in several respects.

HYPRO FG60 is the latest and largest version of the felling grapple from HYPRO. The felling grapple is absolutely unique in its size class, with the grapples opening max. 150 cm and capable of holding as little as Ø5.5 cm at the minimum. The cutting point is over Ø60 cm with a 75 cm long energy bar for unbeatable cutting capacity for large trunks, shrubbery and multi-trunk cutting. All of this at a weight from about 340kg.

The HYPRO FG50FA felling grapple was developed for minimum hose installation, low weight and unmatched flexibility. Innovative design where the felling grapple is fed with just two hoses and is fully controlled via the ”open grapple” and ”close grapple” functions, enabling free rotation despite the cutting saw’s high oil flow. The felling grapple cuts extremely effectively and can in principle be mounted on all cranes with rotators – for example, lorries, forest trailers, forwarders and excavators.

The HYPRO FG50EC felling grapple was developed for minimum hose installation, low weight and full control over the felling grapple’s different functions. The felling grapple is fed by two hoses where each function (grab, tilt and cutting saw) is fully controlled via the commands ”open grapple” or ”lose grapple” with electrical switching between the functions. Switching take place via cable or radio control. The felling grapple can in principle be mounted on all cranes with rotators – for example, lorries, forest trailers, forwarders and excavators.
