New Biostar 310 stands out for maintaining its airtight tank detached from the fan. In this way, chemical powders used do not touch the fan, helping it maintaining its performances unaltered throughout time. Completely hot galvanized and enamelled, Biostar 310 for powders supply exploits gravity to make powders fall and pass through a calibrated hole adjustable through a special jack, as well as a venturi system to enhance powders suctions in the supply channel. For an optimum supply, powders are kept mixed through a special screw particularly designed to avoid clumps. At the same time, rear diffusers can be slightly moved and individually closed, for a complete or focused coverage.

Biostar Poly is available in the mounted version, with either two diffusers individually closeable or one cannon-shaped diffuser. It is a mechanical duster, working with a gearbox with conical helicoidal oil-bath gears. Inside its tank a mechanic stirrer keeps powders mixed, allowing a continuous powder supply. At the same time, a special regulator controls powder exit for a perfect and uniform supply.
