Imenco Aqua is part of the Imenco Group, which has been a supplier of smart solutions to the Offshore and Maritime Industry for over 44 years. The group has departments located in several countries and has a total of 450 employees.

The Merger of 2023

In 2023, four companies with a notable position in aquaculture were merged and together formed Imenco Aqua. The merger consisted of Imenco Havbruk, Vard (Storvik) Aqua and Estro. Additionally, the software company Createview AS took part in the merger. Createview has extensive expertise in AI and has, over numerous years, developed software used for monitoring biomass, fish welfare and automatic lice counting.

Our business has grown from the Norwegian west coast to having established subsidiaries in Chile (1999) and Scotland (2008), as well as traders in Canada and Iceland. In Norway, the company has locations in Sunndalsøra, Tysvær (Haugesund), Molde and Bergen (Askøy).
