Phosphates Route: DAP – Diammonium phosphate. MAP – Monoammonium phosphate. NP/NPK – Compound fertilizer (urea, ammonium nitrate (AN)/sulphate (AMS) based). TSP – Powder or granulated. SSP – Powder or granulated. MAP – Crystal Soluble.

INCRO has technology for manufacturing liquid fertilizers. The same plant could be designed to manufacture a wide range of products. It includes dosing, mixing, filtering and storing sections, common for all grades, supplemented with some stabilization items for suspensions and a complete reaction / scrubbing section, using Pipe reactor, for polyphosphate and high NPK grades.

INCRO has technology for Ammonium nitrate (explosive grade) production. The process is divided into two clearly defined sections, Liquid and Solid. The liquid section, where ammonium nitrate solution is manufactured, is common for fertilizers and explosives, being the solid section the one setting the main differences between both grades.
