It has a swivel arm to prevent the pallet load moving before correct meshing if the pallet has a 90º exit the wrapping machine set will have a turntable enabled to receive the pallet from the palletizer towards an exit of 90º.

AGROPAL - Model R3 - Palletizer

Agropal means safety and precision, from the first belt that collects the bag to the completely built pallet this palletizer model is different as it is specifically designed for products with great stacking difficulties. That is why it is necessary to discharge the product vertically over the pre-layer zone and load assembly inside a mould with frontal and lateral opening capacity. Another advantage that this model has is that it automatically adapts to different pallet widths. Bags and boxes / 5-50kg / 19-35 movements per minute

SETBAG 06 - Semiautomatic bagging machine

Bagging machine with large capacity bag filler, especially designed for fruit and vegetable products and we have based the concept of this model on the manual placement of these bags, extracting them from the exit belt already with the dosage and stitched. This bagger is controlled by an electronic system that is able to give the required orders and self-adjust the type of package and its dimensions and, therefore, achieving great work ergonomics. Its production is totally linked to the product dosage machine and the bag placement ability, although its mechanical capacity could reach up to 15 bags/minute.
