Snowblower - Series UTV - Airport Range
UTV is a flexible unit snowblower designed for use on airports and roads. It is most suitable for snowclearing at airports but it is also very suitable for use on snow covered roads and mountain roads. Extremely effective for clearing drifts, widening roads as well as loading snow on to trucks in built-up areas. Based on the dual stage system, which consists of the slowly rotating horizontal auger and the fast turning impellor, the snowblower is capable of clearing all types of snow, even wet hardpacked or icy snow. The mechanical power transmission has been designed for heavy duty operation under the worst possible winter conditions. The UTV has its engine mounted in the driving direction without complicated transmission components such as drop-boxes, angle-gears etc. Both the auger and the impellor are protected against damages by mechanical shear pins.
