The SL Series utilizes 100w and 200w high-output low pressure lamps, which provide roughly six times the output as a traditional UV in a single lamp configuration. The SL-Series UV offers many advantages over traditional systems including a single vessel design to reduce head loss through the system. Customized multiple lamp configurations are available for higher flow rates.

Easy to install and maintain, these commercial-grade yet affordable systems are designed to our customers’ specifications. They are wall mounted and ready to tie into existing pump lines, require minimal maintenance and will only operate when pump is running. Ozone generator sizes range from 800 mg/hr to 8.0 grams/hr. Can be used with air dryer or oxygen concentrator for enhanced performance. Apex IV shown at right with wall-mounted 8.0 gram/hr corona discharge ozone generator, oxygen concentrator, interface box, injector manifold, check valve assembly, and vacuum break. By utilizing 400w High-Output lamps that are less than 4″ long, the Viper exceeds dosage expectations in a compact footprint. Standard models are available with up to three lamps (400w, 1200w, and 1600watt), come standard with a flow switch, and are configured in 3″ or 6″ inlet/outlet.

HydroMation Automatic Backwash SystemsOur new HydroMation Automatic Backwash Control Systems provide automation for the filter, rinse and backwash cycles. Available with pressure and/or time activatipon, the HydroMation eliminates the labor and concerns of timely cleaning cycles. The HydroMation can be easily installed on existing systems or included in new applications and is available for both top-mount and side-mount filters. Available in sizes of 1 1/2″, 2″ and 3″. The control board is built right into the valve housing for easy installation and has a manual external touch control pad for system testing or to initiate an extra backwash cycle if required. Operation is simple – no PLC programming experience is required to operate.
